The Hawaii Prince Hotel is a 521-room, 350-foot-tall project featuring two 28-story concrete towers atop a 5-story podium and a basement built 21 feet below sea level. It was the first high-rise structure in Hawaii designed using wind-tunnel testing. 625,000 sq. ft.

Major structures consist of cast in place concrete and structural steel. Smaller buildings are framed in concrete, structural steel, masonry and wood. Design requirements include high seismic (zone 3) criteria.

A five star, 500 guestroom hotel with a total area of approximately 860,000 square feet. Structures consist of a 15 story guestroom tower and six other 1 to 6 story structures comprising of public areas, back of house facilities, restaurants and a 600 stall parking structure. Structures constructed of cast-in-place concrete, precast prestressed concrete, and structural steel. Design requirements include zone 3 high seismic and 155 mph wind loads.
